Call for Abstracts 2013
Submission Deadline has passed
The ASC Scientific Program Committee invites you to submit abstracts for Platform and Poster Presentations at the 61st Annual Scientific Meeting to be held November 8-12, 2013 in Orlando, Florida. Abstracts may be based on cytologic techniques, clinical cytology or basic cytology research. Cases not Accepted.
All scoring will be done blinded from both author and institution. The criteria for scoring will include:
- Scientific validity
- Academic importance
- Value to the membership
- Study Design
Platforms will be selected based on: hot topic, topic of interest to the majority, cutting edge applications or research, controversial issue, studies evaluating the same issue and showing contradictory results.
Please do not submit a previously published or accepted abstract from this or another Society.
The submission site is NEW this year, so you may need to create a new account, unless you have already created an account to submit a presentation proposal or have already used this site to submit an abstract. Your ASC login WILL NOT work.
You will have the capability to select your presentation preference as a Poster or Platform, but the Scientific Program Committee will make the final decision on format.
When entering your submission online, you will be able to return to your submission anytime through the due date to edit. Be sure to “SUBMIT” at the end to be considered for a presentation.
The Scientific Program Committee will review all abstracts and will notify the submitters by July 31, 2013. Please check your SPAM/Junk folders for this email.
Please contact Jodi Smith, Educational Programs Coordinator, with any questions at email@example.com or (302) 543-6583.
